ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

All Things, LLC. currently accepts the following forms of payment through our authorized Payment Processors:

  • Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank transfers for eligible U.S.-based bank accounts.

RECURRING AND AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

All Things, LLC. does not store, retain, or maintain any sensitive financial information — including, but not limited to, full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, ACH routing and account numbers, or card verification values (CVV/CVC) — on its own servers, databases, or internal systems. All sensitive payment data is transmitted directly to and stored exclusively by our Payment Processors, Stripe, Inc. and HubSpot Payments, in accordance with their respective data security standards.

All Things, LLC. may retain limited, non-sensitive transaction-related information for internal recordkeeping and customer service purposes, including but not limited to: the last four (4) digits of a payment card, transaction identifiers, transaction dates and amounts, and billing address information used for fraud verification. This limited data does not constitute sensitive financial information and cannot be used to initiate unauthorized transactions.

Our Payment Processors maintain compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which establishes requirements for the secure handling of cardholder data. REFUNDS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All Things, LLC. operates as a marketplace platform facilitating transactions between independent buyers and sellers. As such, refund eligibility, amounts, and timelines are primarily governed by the individual refund and return policies established by each seller on our platform. All Things, LLC. is not a party to the underlying sales transaction between buyers and sellers and does not assume responsibility for resolving transaction disputes except as expressly provided herein.

All Things, LLC. may, at its sole discretion, provide general guidance and recommendations to buyers and sellers with respect to dispute resolution best practices. However, such guidance does not constitute a guarantee of resolution or an assumption of liability on the part of All Things, LLC. Users are encouraged to review the refund and return policies of individual sellers prior to completing a purchase.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated through your financial institution or Payment Processor, All Things, LLC. reserves the right to provide relevant transaction records and communications to the applicable Payment Processor or financial institution in connection with the resolution of such dispute.

All Things, LLC. is committed to the safety and security of its users and the integrity of transactions conducted on its platform.
